Pricing questions
What counts as a job?
One document set served to one party. If a client sends ten documents for ten people, that's ten jobs. Attempts, photos, and the affidavit on that job are all included — you're never charged per attempt.
What happens after 200 jobs in a month?
Every job past 200 is 50¢, billed at the end of the month. There's no tier to upgrade to and no overage penalty — you pay for exactly what you serve.
Is AI document processing required?
No. It's an optional add-on. Turn it on per job or by default; leave it off and you'll never be charged for it.
Are there per-seat fees?
No. Add every server, dispatcher, and accounting person you want. Pricing is per job, not per person.
